MEDI CARE SYSTEM began its operations in 1994 as a manufacturer of healthcare products, with a constant commitment to innovation as a growth model and a focus on customer service.

This policy guarantees the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 13485:2016 standards.

This standard has been defined to provide a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives. MEDI CARE SYSTEM’s management is committed to reviewing it annually to ensure its ongoing relevance.

MEDI CARE SYSTEM, with the aim of ensuring that all activities carried out are oriented towards continuous improvement, is committed to:

• Comply with applicable legal requirements and other requirements that the organization subscribes to with any of the interested parties.
• Apply continuous improvement to our processes and products to optimize costs, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Establish a close relationship between Clients and MEDI CARE SYSTEM, to achieve and consolidate a leadership position in customer satisfaction.
• Communicate to all stakeholders that quality in service and products are essential to the future of our company, and therefore affect each and every aspect of MEDI CARE SYSTEM.
