The sessions unfolded in an environment driven by a shared goal: to rethink the role of technology in care without losing sight of what truly matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/medicaresystem.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-05-14-at-14.59.25-1-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5354\" style=\"width:483px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In an increasingly digitalised healthcare environment, the conference highlighted the importance of communication, active listening, and empathy as fundamental pillars of quality healthcare. Technology can heal, but only people care. This powerful message resonated throughout the round tables, presentations and debates held during the day. Creating a space for deep reflection on the present and future of the healthcare sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key topics addressed included:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0272b8\" class=\"has-inline-color\">How to communicate in ways that truly connect with patients<\/mark><\/strong> overcoming emotional, cultural, or technological barriers and placing the individual at the center of the care process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0272b8\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>How to integrate new technologies without dehumanising the professional, patient relationship<\/strong><\/mark>, embracing innovation as an ally in care, not a substitute for human connection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0272b8\" class=\"has-inline-color\">How to safeguard data, ensure cybersecurity, and preserve trust<\/mark><\/strong> in an increasingly connected ecosystem where privacy and security are essential to patient well-being.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0272b8\" class=\"has-inline-color\">How to foster self-leadership, motivation, and the voices of the new generation of nurses<\/mark><\/strong> recognising the value of teamwork, the mental health of professionals, and the need for more humane and sustainable work environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, renowned speakers such as Gemma Prats, Tom\u00e1s Castillo, Iv\u00e1n Tinoco, and philosopher Francesc Torralba shared powerful insights and experiences, inspiring a path toward more conscious, empathetic, and enduring healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our contribution to the 2025 Nursing Conference: easing the task, protecting the caregiver<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As well, a part of our mission to support healthcare professionals with useful, long-lasting, and effective solutions, <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0272b8\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Medicare System<\/mark><\/strong> took the opportunity to reintroduce <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0272b8\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/medicaresystem.es\/en\/salvafix-smart-en\/\">Salvafix Smart<\/a><\/mark><\/strong> an innovative tool that embodies the very balance between technology and care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salvafix Smart was designed not only to ensure patient safety but also to ease the work of healthcare professionals, offering an intelligent, secure system that respects human dignity.
